10th Mexican Annual Conference

Merida, Yucatán, México. October 28-30, 2009.

10th Mexican Association of SBDCs Annual Conference

As you probably know, due to the public health emergency declared for the outbreak of influenza A(H1N1) in our country, the Mexican Association of Small Business Development Centers (AMCDPE) took the decision to postpone its 10th Annual Conference to take place now on October 28-30, 2009 at the Convention Center “Yucatán Siglo XXI”  in the city of Mérida, Yucatán, México.

The primary objective of this conference is to offer professional development workshops in the area of international trade that will help SBDC clients successfully buy or sell their products in Mexico and create economic impact. There will also be informative workshops on how to successfully serve U.S.-based Hispanic entrepreneurs that will help SBDCs better assist this rapidly growing market segment.

Most importantly, this conference represents an opportunity to make excellent contacts in the Mexican SBDC network, their host universities and the business and government sectors. As an added bonus, the conference will offer tailored and facilitated matchmaking services for clients of the U.S. SBDC network that are interested in locating potential buyers and sellers.

On behalf of the AMCDPE, I cordially invite you to participate in our 10th Annual Conference, an event that will give you a historic opportunity to form strategic linkages in scenic one the most charming colonial cities in Mexico.
Detailed conference information will be found on our web page:

I look forward to seeing you at the AMCDPE Conference in Merida.

Sincerely,

Rosario Valencia Castillo
